Job summary

Randstad is recruiting a Senior Contracts Administrator for a residential tower project. You will oversee procurement, subcontract administration, variations, and cost reporting from procurement through to completion.

Ideally, you bring 5+ years in a senior contracts role, experience on high-rise or commercial projects over $50M, and full Australian working rights. Join a nationally recognised builder with a strong pipeline in Queensland.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 5+ years in a Senior Contracts Administrator or Contracts Manager role.
• Experience delivering high-rise residential, apartment or commercial projects >$50M.
• Strong commercial acumen and client/subcontractor relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement strategies, tendering and subcontract negotiation.
• Administer subcontract agreements, variations, progress claims and correspondence.
• Support head contract administration with claims, notices and financial reporting.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts and cost reporting.
• Provide commercial leadership and mentor junior team members.
