S&you, a growing construction contractor in Melbourne, is seeking a junior Contract Administrator to support the delivery team on live projects and secure ongoing work.

The role suits a Civil Engineer or a CA with residential or industrial exposure, offering hands-on mentorship, exposure to cost control, variations, progress claims, procurement, and a clear path for long-term development within a commercial contracting environment in North Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (or close to completion) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
• 3-5+ years’ experience in a CA, engineering or project support role.
• Residential or industrial construction background.
• Motivated, proactive, and keen to learn the commercial side of construction.
• Strong communication skills and good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Senior Contract Administrators across live projects
• Assisting with cost control, variations, progress claims and subcontractor packages
• Exposure to procurement, reporting and project financials
• Learning the full Contract Administration lifecycle with hands-on mentorship
