We’ve got a huge pipeline of projects secured through to 2030, with projects valued up to $150M across a diverse portfolio.

You’ll work closely with our Senior Management and Project Teams, gaining hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle across both site and head office.

This is an opportunity for a Junior CA who wants to develop into a highly capable Contracts Administrator and future construction leader.
You’ll be involved in:
Contract administration across projects up to $150M
Subcontractor procurement and letting
Variations, claims and progress payments
Purchase orders and procurement
Cost tracking and commercial reporting
Contract correspondence and documentation
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams and Senior Management
Gaining exposure to the commercial and operational side of major construction projects
Spending time across site and our Robina Head Office

Essential:
Minimum 2+ years full-time Contracts Administration experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Construction industry experience
Advantageous:
Experience with Procore
Experience with Procure-Pro
Exposure to commercial construction projects
Up to $150,000 + Super

The role will be split between our Robina office and project sites, giving you the best of both worlds — commercial exposure in the office and real-world construction experience on site.
