Job summary

Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd on behalf of our client, a boutique construction law firm in the Sydney CBD, seeks a Construction Lawyer with 1–3 years' PAE to work across front and back end of projects. You will support partners and senior lawyers across the life of construction projects, growing responsibilities as you learn.

You'll draft and review construction contracts, advise on rights and obligations, assist with disputes from early notices to resolution, and prepare research and chronologies for

Qualifications

1 to 3 years' PAE.
Admission to practise in Australia with a current practising certificate.
Interest in construction law, with some exposure preferred.
Strong research and drafting skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

Assist with drafting and reviewing construction contracts and related documents
Support advice to clients on their rights and obligations
Help on construction disputes, from early notices through to resolution
Prepare research, chronologies and documents for senior lawyers
Take on increasing responsibility as your experience builds
