Job summary

National Firm in Sydney seeks a Construction Lawyer with 3 to 6 years' PAE to work across the front-end and back-end of projects. You will draft and negotiate construction contracts and consultant agreements, support procurement strategies, and advise on project lifecycles.

You will collaborate with an experienced construction partner in a flexible hybrid setting, handling advisory and disputes. Australia practising certificate is required.

Qualifications

• Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate.
• Construction experience across advisory and disputes.

Our client is a national law firm whose construction team advises principals, contractors, subcontractors and major consultants on significant construction and development projects. It is looking for a Construction Lawyer with 3 to 6 years' PAE to work across both the front end and the back end of projects in Sydney.
