Job summary

Swing City Canberra is seeking junior food & beverage attendants to join our vibrant new venue in the heart of Canberra. This casual role offers flexible shifts across weekends and evenings, with on‑the‑job training and opportunities to develop hospitality skills.

You'll be energetic, friendly and eager to create memorable guest experiences, helping at the counter, bar, and tables, and supporting events and parties as needed.

Qualifications

• Interest in hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• Friendly, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Well-presented, active and energetic.

Junior/Casual Food & Beverage attendants

Swing City Canberra is on the hunt for some junior stars to join our fun new venue here in the heart of Canberra. Swing City hosts Pitch & Putt, Mini Golf, over 60 driving range bays, table tennis, pool tables, a huge arcade games area, function spaces, restaurant/cafe and 2 bars.

You'll need to be quick, energetic, love creating memorable experiences for our guests and have a bubbly attitude when it comes to meeting new people. This is an excellent opportunity for juniors looking to get into hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, energetic and efficient customer service at the counter, bar, and tables.

Prepare and host small events for our group bookings/parties.

Assist with running food and beverages out to guests.

Responsibly care and chaperone kids and teens parties/events.

Understand and work from event run sheets

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all service areas.

About You

You'll ideally have:
