Peoplebank is seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst to join a large digital transformation initiative in Sydney's CBD. You will work closely with business stakeholders to shape system design, capture detailed requirements, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.

You will gather requirements, map processes and data, and bridge gaps between business and IT. The role requires proactivity, a solution-minded approach, and experience in Agile or hybrid delivery with Jira/Confluence and AWS.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst on transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to bridge technical and business teams.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Our client is looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst to work on a large digital transformation initiative. Working closely with business stakeholders you will play a pivotal role in influencing and shaping system design, gathering detailed business and technical requirements, and ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives.

You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, process/data mapping and design. The ideal candidate will be proactive and solution minded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, documentation and analysis for assigned workstreams.
• Influence solution and system design to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Challenge existing processes and encourage innovative thinking to improve outcomes.

Required Experience & Capability:

• 2-4 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst on system/software design or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to challenge when required.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Skilled in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation.
• Solution orientated mindset with a track record of delivering the right outcomes.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Data analysis and SQL experience is preferred.
