Job summary

Davidson is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support a major enterprise technology transformation. You will work with the Project Manager and stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes and document artifacts across a large digital program.

The role covers stakeholder workshops, testing support, and go-live readiness. A collaborative team environment and hybrid arrangement with regular onsite activity in Shepparton are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience as a BA, Project Coordinator or Project Support Officer
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or digital transformation projects
• Strong requirements gathering and business process documentation
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience coordinating meetings, workshops and project documentation

About the Company

Our client is a well-established organisation delivering a major enterprise technology transformation that will modernise critical business systems and improve operational efficiency. As part of this exciting program, they are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join a collaborative project team supporting the implementation of a leading enterprise asset management platform.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across business analysis, project delivery and enterprise system implementation while working alongside experienced project professionals, business stakeholders and external delivery partners.

About the Role

As the Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role supporting both business analysis and project coordination activities across a large-scale digital transformation program.

Working closely with the Project Manager, business stakeholders and vendors, you will assist with gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing current business processes, supporting workshops, maintaining project documentation and contributing to testing and implementation activities.

Key responsibilities include:

This position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, however regular onsite work in Shepparton is required to collaborate with project stakeholders and support key project activities. The successful candidate should be comfortable travelling to site as required while enjoying the flexibility to work from home when appropriate.

About You

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Business Analyst or Project Coordinator who is looking to further develop their career within enterprise technology projects.

You'll bring:

• 2-5 years experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator or Project Support Officer
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementation or digital transformation projects
• Strong requirements gathering and business process documentation skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience coordinating meetings, workshops and project documentation
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency across the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Highly regarded experience includes:

• Exposure to IBM Maximo or other Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms
• Utilities, infrastructure or public sector experience
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation activities
• Exposure to change management or business transformation programs
