Job summary

The Asset Finance Shop is looking for a junior broker to learn the ropes directly from the director. You’ll be on real calls with customers from week one, with close coaching beside you as you build live deals.

Work closely with the team in our office, handling end-to-end loan processes from first contact to settlement and post-settlement follow-up. The role requires drive, reliability and a proactive learner.

Qualifications

• Someone who has done some kind of finance or sales work already.
• You know what a phone call with a stranger feels like and you're not scared of a target.
• You show up and you're reliable.
• You're organised enough to keep 30 deals moving without dropping any.
• You're committed to learning from one of Australia’s leading asset finance brokerages.

Responsibilities

• Talk to business owners about what they're buying and why.
• Work out what a lender will and won't accept before we go anywhere near an application.
• Put the file together properly so credit doesn't come back asking questions.
• Follow it through to settlement and staying in touch afterwards.
• Handle everything in between to move deals forward.
