Job summary

White Acorn Capital in Sydney is seeking a Graduate/Junior Analyst to join our private credit fund. No experience required; we welcome a motivated university graduate with interest in private credit, investment management and financial markets.

The role spans credit analysis and investor relations, working closely with senior management on live transactions. You will gain practical exposure to deal origination, analysis, structure and capital formation while developing skills across investor

Qualifications

• Recent university student or graduate in Finance, Economics, Commerce or related discipline.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities are essential.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Excel/PowerPoint or similar tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support capital raising and investor engagement for White Acorn Capital’s private credit strategies.
• Assist in identifying and engaging family offices, HNW/UHNW investors, and wholesale networks.
• Help with investor meetings, due diligence, onboarding and ongoing communications.
• Prepare investor presentations and transaction summaries with a solid understanding of credit structures.
• Develop understanding of borrower financials, security, property valuations, LVRs and returns.
