Job summary

LSKD is seeking a Junior Mens and Unisex Designer - Activewear for our Loganholme HQ. You will support the design team from concept to handover, ensuring performance and street aesthetic alignment with our brand. This is a full-time role based in Australia with a strong emphasis on community-driven products.

You'll translate concepts, create technical packs, and collaborate on fabrics, fit, and construction while contributing fresh ideas and maintaining the design roadmap.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Fashion Design or related field.
• Strong eye for detail and passion for performance apparel.
• Foundational understanding of garment construction, fabrics, fit and technical drawings.
• Confidence using design tools and creating technical packs.
• Curious mindset with trend research and market insights.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to learn from others.
• Strong organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Growth mindset and 1% better daily mindset.
• Portfolio showing creativity and passion is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in translating concepts into actionable plans focusing on materials and performance features.
• Create accurate technical drawings and handover files for alignment across the product team.
• Apply market research to assist in development of product ranges that resonate with the muse and community.
• Collaborate on fit, fabrics and construction with product development and raw materials teams.
• Maintain design roadmap and meet critical path dates for timely product drops.
• Contribute fresh ideas for new products and features to solve problems for the community.
• Ensure all designs protect the LSKD brand identity while allowing innovation.
• Storytell product direction and align with seasonal Creative Directions.
