Job summary

Seek is hiring a Junior Accounts Payable team member to support the Finance team across Australia, ensuring invoices, payments and related financial transactions are processed accurately and on time.

This role offers a path to grow in accounts payable within a collaborative team of around 250 staff across 30 locations, with hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable or finance admin experience preferred.
• Experience with invoicing, payments and financial records advantageous.
• Strong communication, time management and organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Support accounts payable workflows and related financial transactions.
• Maintain vehicle registration records and supplier data.
• Monitor AP inbox and action invoices and queries promptly.
• Assist with onboarding of new vehicles and related payments.
