Job summary

Custom Accounting Solutions in Kallangur is seeking a graduate or final year student to join our small, fast-growing accounting firm. You will build genuine client relationships, assist with tax compliance across entities, and contribute to income tax planning and year-end accounts.

You will learn through hands-on training, work both independently and with the team, and enjoy flexible start times and some work-from-home days as you settle in.

Qualifications

• Graduate or final year of a Bachelor of Business or Commerce.
• Love to converse with clients and interpret numbers.
• Strong analytical approach to client data.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relations with clients and learn their businesses.
• Prepare tax compliance for all entity types including tax returns and BAS.
• Assist in income tax planning and year-end accounts.
• Contribute to business planning, restructuring and strategic planning.
• Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office as needed.
• Work both independently and with the team; growth opportunities.
