Job summary

• Experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar high-growth role.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliations.
• Working toward CA/CPA designation.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or Shopify is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable across a multi-entity business.
• Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Complete bank reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
• Support indirect tax return preparation and financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve daily finance processes.
