Qualifications

• Trading company experience a plus
• Ability to coordinate proactively, manage time, and analyze issues

Responsibilities

• Process outgoing payments in compliance with policies
• Record accounts payable data and reconcile ledgers
• Reconcile AP ledger and vendor statements monthly
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliation for month-end closing
• Ensure compliance with VAT and withholding tax regulations
• Support monthly/quarterly close and reporting
• Record fixed assets and inventory counts
• Liaise with auditors for annual audit
