Job summary

Valiant in Melbourne recruits for a Joinery/Workshop Junior based in West Footscray to join our warehouse and operations team. You will work hands-on on furniture repairs, maintenance and general joinery tasks, supporting the workshop and site staff to keep projects on track.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm; this fast-paced, physical role suits someone reliable, practical and ready to contribute to a busy team environment.

About the Role

We’re looking for afull-time Joinery / Workshop Junior to join our warehouse and operations team based in West Footscray.

This role supports the delivery of Valiant operations by being a hands-on, all-round fixer-upper in the joinery workshop — pitching in on furniture repairs, maintenance, and general joinery work as needed, and helping wherever an extra pair of hands is useful.

You’ll work safely and efficiently, and support other workshop and site staff as needed while helping to ensure work is carried out to a good standard and within the timeframes set by the Workshop Joinery Manager.

You’ll be part of a solid team that works hard, supports each other, and takes pride in getting the job done properly. If you like staying active, working with purpose, and being part of something fast-moving, you’ll fit in well here.

Hours:Monday to Friday, Shifts are normally 7:30am-3:30pm but times can change depending on the workload.
