Job description

Location: Mansfield, TX, US, 76063

Posting date: Aug 20, 2026

Company: PERI Formwork Systems, Inc.

Jobsite Coordinator

The main purpose of PERI’s Jobsite Coordinator (JSCOR) position is to ensure that customer projects are delivered on time and in full (OTIF) against the original contract. The JSCOR owns the end-to-end delivery experience for assigned jobs, serving as the single point of contact connecting Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Yard Operations, and the customer. Leveraging PERI’s resources, the JSCOR maintains a holistic, job-level view of performance against contracted scope, schedule, and commercial terms, and drives each PERI department to deliver on its commitments. In addition, it is the responsibility of the JSCOR position to directly support PERI’s Project Execution Excellence goals by reducing job‑execution credits and back charges, preventing scope and price erosion, and improving customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do in a typical day:
  • Manage the customer’s project delivery schedule and ensure every assigned job is delivered on time and in full against the original contract.
  • Coordinate the work of all PERI departments – Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Yard Operations – so that each function delivers what is expected, when it is expected.
  • Monitor projects for scope deviations against contract and create and sign change orders directly with customers to capture additional scope and secure additional revenue.
  • Track project milestones against the contracted delivery plan, identify schedule risk early, and drive corrective action before it affects the customer.
  • Maintain a holistic, job-level overview of actual performance versus original contract, scope, and customer expectations.
  • Act as the orchestration point between Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Yard Operations, and the customer, leading through accountability rather than direct authority.
  • Drive resolution when a department is at risk of missing a commitment, escalating with clear options and impact only when resolution stalls.
  • Run regular job‑status reviews and maintain a clean record of commitments, risks, decisions, and changes for each assigned project.
  • Maintain regular, proactive contact with assigned customers throughout project execution – providing status updates, communicating schedule changes, and resolving issues.
  • Identify scope deviations against contract, and create and sign change orders with customers for additional equipment, services, or scope, securing customer agreement and the associated revenue.
What you’ll need to be successful:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, supply chain, or a related field a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction logistics, or customer service operations preferred.
  • Experience in the formwork, scaffolding, or construction industry strongly desired.
  • Prior experience preparing or negotiating change orders preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively relays oral and written information to individuals at all levels, ensuring clarity and understanding from all parties.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive results across departments without formal reporting authority.
  • Commercial confidence, with the ability to identify scope deviations and independently negotiate and execute change orders with customers.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers directly and on a regular basis, conveying schedule, scope, and commercial information clearly and professionally.
