Job summary

ETC Employment Training Community in Goodna, QLD, is hiring a Jobs Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis. You will deliver high-quality, personalised support to customers, manage your own caseload, and help clients achieve sustainable employment outcomes while meeting KPIs.

The Role - A Day in the Life of a Jobs Advisor.

As a Jobs Advisor you will be responsible for providing our customers with a high level of personalised support and service through individual and group sessions. You are organised with a drive to achieve agreed objectives and targets and can confidently manage your own caseload of customers to facilitate positive employment outcomes. With a drive to succeed, you are able to build relationships with a diverse range of people while simultaneously assessing an individual’s requirements to be able to gain sustainable and ongoing employment.

Your Key Responsibilities will include;

• Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers

• Achieve agreed objectives and targets
• Prepare and refer customers to activities to increase employability skills
