Job summary

AKG Group is seeking a Job Coach for Workforce Australia (WFA) on a permanent part-time basis (4 days a week, Monday to Thursday). You will provide tailored support to job seekers, build relationships with local employers, and help clients identify opportunities that match their strengths and goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workforce Australia coaching in a part-time capacity.
• Develop job-ready plans and connect job seekers with local employers.
• Advise on barriers to employment and resource options.
• Maintain compliance with program requirements and safety guidelines.
