atWork Australia in Western Australia is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to empower clients in their employment journeys. You’ll motivate, coach and connect clients with employers while ensuring compliance and accurate record keeping.

You'll work with diverse stakeholders and value integrity, compassion and determination as you help people overcome barriers to sustainable work. Full training is provided and Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal-driven environment.

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
