Job summary

atWork Australia is looking for a compassionate Job Coach to empower clients to build confidence, develop job-readiness skills, and pursue meaningful employment across Australia. You’ll join a team guided by values like integrity, compassion, and determination.

You will coach clients through tailored activities, connect them with job opportunities, and collaborate with partners to link clients to the right programs and services. Training is provided to support your success.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
• A genuine interest in supporting people to overcome barriers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to stay organized and work in a structured, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and the Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
