Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to empower clients to build confidence, develop job-readiness skills and pursue meaningful employment. You will motivate clients through tailored activities and collaborate with employers to connect them with opportunities.

You will maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and work with internal and external partners to link clients to programs and services, making a measurable difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Empathy and active listening to understand client needs.
• Coaching and mentoring to help clients reach employment goals.
• Ability to collaborate with employers and partner organisations.

• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
