Job summary

atWork Australia in Perth is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to empower clients facing barriers to employment. You’ll coach, motivate, and design activities that build confidence and job-readiness while aligning with our values of integrity and compassion.

In this role you’ll collaborate with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect people with meaningful opportunities, maintain records, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• Genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to stay organised in a structured, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Collaborate with Employer Engagement team to connect clients with job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Link clients to the right programs and services with internal and external partners.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance requirements.

Job Description

Qualifications

You don’t need Employment Services experience, we provide full training.
You will bring:

• The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment.
