Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to empower clients in their employment journey. You will motivate clients through tailored activities, connect them with job opportunities via our Employer Engagement team, and help secure sustainable outcomes while maintaining accurate records.

You’ll collaborate with partners, support diverse clients, and ensure compliance in all activities while contributing to meaningful employment outcomes across communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.

Job Description
