Job summary

Atwork Australia is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to empower clients to build confidence, develop job-readiness skills and pursue meaningful employment. You will coach through tailored activities and connect clients with opportunities in collaboration with employers and our engagement team.

You will maintain records, ensure compliance, and work with partners to link clients to the right programs, contributing to sustainable employment outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment.
  • A current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
  • Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
  • Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
