atWork Australia is seeking a dedicated Job Coach in Victoria to empower clients toward meaningful employment. You’ll help build job-readiness skills and connect with employers to create lasting opportunities.

Qualifications

• You don’t need Employment Services experience, we provide full training.
• Experience in customer service or a client‑facing role.
• A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
