Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to empower clients to build confidence and job-readiness skills, guiding them toward meaningful employment.

You’ll work with employers and our engagement teams to connect clients with opportunities, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance while supporting people living with disability, injury or health conditions to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.

Job Description
