Job summary

A Jewellery Designer role is available in a full-time capacity at a jewellery store in the heart of Narellan Town Centre. The designer will create original jewellery pieces, work with precious metals and stones, and oversee the process from concept to finished design for clients.

Key responsibilities include on-site workshop production, collaboration with store and production teams, material planning, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Jewellery Store Manager
• Complete jewellery jobs on-site in the workshop
• Design custom jewellery pieces for clients
• Liaise between production and sales teams as needed
• Allocate components and materials to orders
• Maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain weekly/monthly job repair logs and delivery reports
• Assist with custom design and manufacture of jewellery pieces
• Provide customer service and sales support
• Repair jewellery as required

Our client is looking for passionate Jewellery Designer to join their team based in Narellan. They are looking for a full-time Jewellery Designer who can work in-store at their Jewellery store based in the heart of Narellan Town Centre. Creating original designs of jewellery pieces. Working with precious metals, gemstones, using engraving, casting and fabrication to take a piece from first concept through to a finished design for clients.

The main responsibilities of the position:

• Working closely with the Jewellery Store Manager.
• Complete jewellery jobs on-site in workshop.
• Design custom pieces of jewellery for clients.
• Liaising between the production team and sales team as needed.
• Allocating components and raw materials to orders in a timely manner.
• Helping to maintain production schedule as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintaining weekly and monthly records including job repair log, delivery reports, and other reports if needed.
• Assist with custom design and manufacture of jewellery pieces
• Customer service and sales as required
• Repair of jewellery
