Job summary

Synechron in Sydney is seeking a talented Java Temporal Engineer to develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications, focusing on security and best practices. You will collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions and implement cloud infrastructure for deployment and monitoring.

The role requires hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, React.js, Temporal.io, and AWS, plus solid DB knowledge and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Java 8+ and Spring Boot experience.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on React.js for front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of Temporal/Temporal.io and workflow orchestration.
• Cloud experience with AWS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous messaging.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
