Job summary

Umbrella Club in NSW is seeking an experienced Java Microservice Developer to join our technology team and help build scalable backend services and APIs. You’ll work with Java, Spring Boot, Docker and Kubernetes to develop robust microservices.

You will work with Kafka/ActiveMQ, MySQL, MongoDB and ClickHouse, and gain exposure to API gateways such as WSO2 or NGINX. Golang is a bonus, and strong communication and teamwork are required across projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Java development with Spring Boot for APIs and microservices.
• Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Familiarity with high-performance network protocols and distributed systems.
