You will manage CMDB data, collaborate with IT teams and drive improvements across assets and configurations.

The role emphasizes data governance, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to optimize service management and asset lifecycle across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering Enterprise Service Management or IT Asset Management platforms.
• Experience with CMDB governance, asset lifecycle governance, discovery and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of data governance and information integrity controls.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise technology teams, vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Enterprise Service Management platform, ensuring availability, performance and reliability.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, service catalogs, templates, notifications, business rules, automation routines and service portals.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, release deployments, vendor-led enhancements and environment management.
• Monitor platform utilisation, system health and performance.
• Administer and maintain Enterprise IT Asset Management across hardware, software, cloud and service assets.
• Act as custodian of technology asset, configuration and service management data.
• Ensure integrity, accuracy and governance of information supporting service delivery, asset lifecycle management, cybersecurity, change management, reporting, compliance and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Establish trusted data foundations supporting automation, analytics and AI-enabled service management.
• Improve processes, systems, operational visibility and Enterprise Service Management capabilities across the organisation.
