Job summary

St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Lead to steward CMDB and asset data, enabling automation and insight across the organisation. You will drive governance, dashboards, and reporting while partnering with enterprise technology teams and vendors to improve service delivery and cybersecurity alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience administering Enterprise Service Management, ITSM or Asset Management platforms.
• Experience administering IT Asset Management processes including asset lifecycle governance, discovery and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management principles and Service Configuration Management practices.
• Experience developing reporting, dashboards and operational analytics.
• Experience with data governance and data quality controls.
• Experience working with enterprise technology teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated CMDB management or support in a large, complex enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Custodian of SVHA's technology asset, configuration and service data to ensure integrity and governance.
• Administer and maintain the Enterprise Service Management platform, ensuring availability and reliability.
• Configure workflows, service catalogues, templates, notifications and automation routines.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, releases and environment management.
• Monitor platform health and administer IT Asset Management across hardware, software, cloud and services.
