Job summary

Linfox Armaguard Group is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a team of about 40 professionals across ITS. In a fast-paced environment you will drive performance, resolve escalations, and partner with stakeholders to deliver secure technology and managed services.

You will coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams, monitor service metrics, and manage budgets while collaborating with field operations to ensure timely, solutions-focused support and measurable outcomes for customers.

• Leadership experience within a customer service, contact centre, or service-based environment
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop customer service teams to achieve high performance
• Manage escalated customer and operational issues
• Monitor, analyse and report on team performance and service metrics
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems
• Manage team budgets and resource planning
