Job summary

Linfox Armaguard Group is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a team of around 40 professionals across our ITS business. You will drive timely, solutions-focused support while enhancing team performance and service delivery.

You will foster a positive culture, manage escalations, and collaborate with field operations to improve processes across technology and managed service solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within a customer service, contact centre, or service-based environment.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop customer service teams to achieve high performance.
• Manage and resolve escalated customer and operational issues.
• Monitor, analyse and report on team performance and service metrics.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems.
• Manage team budgets and resource planning.
