Job summary

Linfox Armaguard Group ITS division in Frenchs Forest, Australia, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a team of around 40 professionals across our service operations, delivering timely, solutions-focused support.

You will drive performance, budgeting, continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement, shaping a culture of safety, accountability and excellence while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in customer service, contact centre, or service-based environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Analytical skills with intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Solutions-focused mindset with ability to navigate complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop customer service teams to high performance.
• Manage and resolve escalated customer and operational issues.
• Monitor, analyse and report on team performance and service metrics.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement across processes.
