Job summary

Slater and Gordon Lawyers is seeking an Iteration Manager Business Analyst to join the Legal Practice System Program. This 12-month max-term contract offers hybrid work and a focus on delivering value through data insights and collaborative design of efficient processes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience in agile, squad-based delivery. 38 hours per week, 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with a commitment to social justice and client outcomes.

What are we looking for?

Our Operational Excellence team is growing, and we are now seeking an Iteration Manager Business Analyst to join our Legal Practice System Program team. This is a 12 Month, Max Term contract on a Full Time basis and flexible work arrangements will be considered. Your energy anddrive will be integral in achieving successful outcomes along with yourpositive approach to your work. Some of the key responsibilitieswill include:

• Gathering, analysing and interpreting data and insights to inform business needs and functional and non-functional requirements.
• Working with business stakeholders to prioritise requirements and providing input on business value and benefits for requirements
• Communicating with stakeholders across the business to develop analysis and design solutions in a collaborative way.
• Designing and implementing solutions that improve the overall efficiency of the business and its processes.
• Facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders to develop solutions and strategies.
• Managing deliverables and activities to meet timeframes and business needs as part of the delivery squad.

• Experience working in a squad environment aligned with Agile principles of fortnightly sprints, and supporting the team of configuration and test resources to deliver value at the end of each sprint
• Available to work 38 hours perweek, between the hours of 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
