Made in Casa in Melbourne is seeking an experienced chef to prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, including handmade pasta and traditional recipes. You will oversee daily kitchen operations and collaborate with the team to develop menu items.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in Italian cuisine, holds Certificate I–IV, and is authorized to work in Australia. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and a commitment to high standards of food safety.

Qualifications

• Certificate I - IV (Preferred).
• Cooking: 2 years (Preferred).
• Italian cuisine: 2 years (Preferred).
• Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred).
