Job summary

Paxus, in Australia, seeks a Technical Coordinator / Junior Technical Project Manager to support infrastructure deployments across corporate offices and distribution centres. You will coordinate technical workstreams, manage ServiceNow change requests, and liaise with technical and business stakeholders across sites.

Working with Senior Project Managers, you will deliver deployments for networks, hosting and cabling while travelling to sites across Australia.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in IT Infrastructure, Project Coordination or Junior Project Management.

We're partnering with a leading enterprise organisation seeking a Technical Coordinator / Junior Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of infrastructure projects across corporate offices and distribution centres.

Working alongside Senior Project Managers, you'll coordinate technical workstreams, manage ServiceNow change requests, engage with technical and business stakeholders, and help deliver infrastructure deployments across Australia.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate infrastructure projects and technical workstreams.
• Manage technical changes through ServiceNow.
• Track project plans, timelines, risks and documentation.
• Work closely with infrastructure, networking, hosting and cabling teams.
• Coordinate technical cutovers and infrastructure deployments.
• Communicate project updates to technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Travel to sites across Australia as required.

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years' experience in IT Infrastructure, Project Coordination or Junior Project Management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networks, servers and hosting environments.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure projects, deployments or migrations.
• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform for change management.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle (travel required).
• White Card is advantageous.
