Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing Level 1/2 IT support across hardware, software, desktop and network environments.
• Experience logging, tracking and resolving tickets through a helpdesk system.
• Comfort liaising with third‑party IT vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Providing Level 1/2 technical support covering hardware and software, via phone, email and in person
• Supporting servers, desktops, mobile devices, software and network administration
• Setting up and maintaining user accounts, shared data access and security permissions
• Generating, tracking and closing support tickets for facilities, server, application, technical and network support
• Installing and configuring operating system software, applications and upgrades, and rolling out new software systems
• Supporting the maintenance and enhancement of the customer relationship management (CRM) system and associated tools and templates
• Liaising with third-party IT service providers or vendors as directed
• Conducting data analysis, including using SQL and Excel, and producing reporting to identify insights
• Assisting with the research, testing and deployment of new technologies
• Developing IT documentation, under the direction of the IT Manager, to support policies and operational processes
