Job summary

Doltone Hospitality Group is seeking a recent IT graduate to join our Pyrmont head office IT team. In this newly created role you will turn university knowledge into hands-on experience across networking, Microsoft 365/Azure, cybersecurity, endpoint management, and IT operations.

You will work with an experienced team to support critical business systems, participate in technology projects, and build a strong foundation for your IT career in a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field is essential.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing and switching.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows, macOS, mobile devices and POS systems.
• Proactive, adaptable team player with good communication to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in Cisco CCNA, ITIL Foundation or Microsoft (AZ-900, AZ-104 or MS-900) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Network Support: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, DHCP, routing and switching environments.
• Cloud & Identity: Support Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including user accounts, access, authentication, and core services.
• Systems Support: Maintain cloud, hybrid, endpoint, and POS systems to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
• Cybersecurity: Support endpoint protection, Intune, Defender, patching, conditional access, and security policies.
• Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve IT, network, and infrastructure issues with minimal disruption.
• Documentation & Projects: Maintain technical documentation and assist with IT upgrades, migrations, and modernisation projects.

Your main responsibilities:
