Easygo Group Holdings in Melbourne is seeking an IT Support Manager to lead IT Support Officers and act as escalation for complex problems in a fast-paced global organisation.

You'll own day-to-day service desk operations and drive technical delivery across macOS/Windows, identity and access, networking, and SaaS, while developing your team and aligning with ITIL practices. This is a full-time role based in our Melbourne office.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience in a technical role (e.g., systems administrator or systems engineer).
• 2+ years' experience leading an IT service desk or helpdesk team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT Support Officers and act as escalation for complex IT problems.
• Own day-to-day service desk operations and triage incidents.
• Troubleshoot across macOS/Windows endpoints, identity and access, networking, and SaaS applications.
• Mentor IT Support Officers and drive diagnostic capability.
• Produce reporting on helpdesk performance and KPIs.
