Job summary

ALS is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our growing IT team in Malaga. In this full-time role, you will maintain and support our IT infrastructure, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer service across multiple sites.

You will manage helpdesk tickets, administer Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft 365, and work with Intune, Autopilot and virtualization technologies. Strong communication and independently driven work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in IT support (IT Support Technician/Engineer).
• Experience supporting in a multi-site commercial environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Windows Server and Windows desktop environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT support contact and manage tickets via helpdesk.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor system outages and follow incident management protocols.
• Deploy, maintain and support end-user devices and conferencing tools.
