Job summary

The City of Canada Bay Council is seeking an experienced ICT Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will provide first-line ICT support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, servers and networks while delivering excellent customer service.

This role involves working across Drummoyne, Five Dock and local libraries, with occasional evening shifts to support meetings and critical upgrade events, and participation in the 9-day fortnight scheme.

Qualifications

• Tertiary IT qualifications or demonstrable Service Desk experience.
• Customer service driven attitude to resolving IT issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions.
• Well-developed communication to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to learn, grow and develop technical skills.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, servers, networks and printers.
• Attend ICT Service Desk calls and incident/request/problem management.
• Support the ICT Security and Operations Manager on higher technical duties and projects.
