Job summary

Melbourne Anglican Diocese Corporation Ltd seeks an IT support professional to manage internal tickets, escalate issues, and ensure prompt resolution within SLAs. You will own endpoint lifecycle across devices, provisioning, configuration, deployment, and decommissioning, while administering user accounts and access.

Strong Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack experience and familiarity with Apple Business Manager are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting internal IT operations in a SaaS or corporate environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Teams and Slack experience.
• Experience supporting a Mac environment, with familiarity with Apple Business Manager.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms such as Intune or Jamf.
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts.

• Build and maintain IT documentation and a knowledge base to reduce recurring issues
