Job summary

EIL Global in Australia provides IT services across APAC and EMEA and is seeking an IT engineer for dispatch/on-call, freelance/part-time work at our Ingleburn, NSW location. The role covers desktop and network issue handling, OS installs, patching, and basic Wi-Fi and LAN/WAN tasks.

Strong communication in Business English with the local language is required. Flexible part-time availability and on-site support at client sites are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling desktop and network issues.
• Capable of installing and upgrading operating systems.
• Install patches and perform software/hardware break-fix.
• Well-versed IT engineer with basic Wi‑Fi knowledge.
• Familiar with LAN/WAN, switches and router configuration.
• Proficient in installing and administering MS Office.
• Business English with local language.
