Job summary

Perigon Group Pty Limited in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Leader to own the roadmap and lead a growing team of system engineers. You will influence technology decisions, drive automation and partner with the CTO on strategic direction.

This is an opportunity to lead an established team of System Engineers while taking ownership of the infrastructure roadmap for a growing financial services organisation. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll influence technology decisions, champion continuous improvement and help build the capability required for the next phase of growth.

We're looking for a leader who enjoys thinking strategically but isn't afraid to jump on the tools when needed. Someone who asks questions, challenges the status quo, develops ideas around efficiency and takes genuine ownership of outcomes.
