Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, IS, CE, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Available to commit to a minimum 6-month internship period.
• Work Location: Kulim or Batu Kawan.
• Strong interest in IT infrastructure, technical support, networking, and enterprise technologies.
• Basic understanding of Windows OS, computer hardware, and networking concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective communication.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and workplace technologies.
• Assist with hardware deployment, imaging, software installation, configuration, and equipment refresh.
• Support IT asset management processes, including inventory tracking and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and user access issues.
• Assist with user account administration, onboarding and offboarding.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Perform routine system health checks and operational tasks for a stable IT environment.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives.
• Contribute to automation, process improvement, and digital transformation projects.
• Apply cybersecurity and data protection best practices in day-to-day operations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
