Job summary
Teys Australia is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join the IT Infrastructure team based at Group Support Services in EightMile Plains, Brisbane. You will develop and maintain the enterprise IT environment, ensuring systems are available, reliable and scalable while supporting automation initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Experience in an IT infrastructure or similar role.
- Understanding of IT security principles, including system hardening, identity management, and patch management.
- Experience with networking, server virtualization, and cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Teys’ enterprise IT environment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot networking, hardware and software disruptions.
- Improve efficiency through automation.
- Maintain a robust server infrastructure including cloud environments.
- Participate in projects across remote facilities.
