#### IT Infrastructure AdministratorNorth Melbourne, VIC 3051Full Time#### Job descriptionYour new company An established and rapidly growing organisation delivering essential community and operational services across Victoria is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to join their technology team. With significant growth plans over the coming years, this organisation offers the opportunity to work across modern infrastructure technologies while contributing to key technology initiatives and continuous improvement programs. Your new role In this exciting new role, you will be:Managing and supporting M365, Azure, Windows Server and hybrid infrastructure environments.Administering virtualisation platforms, storage, backup and disaster recovery solutions.Supporting networking technologies including LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, DNS, and DHCP services.Driving infrastructure upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and lifecycle projects.Acting as a senior technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.Supporting endpoint management technologies including Intune and Windows 11 environments.Working closely with technology vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.Contributing to infrastructure security initiatives, vulnerability remediation, and continuous improvement activities.To be successful in your application, you will need:Strong experience supporting M365, Azure, Active Directory and Entra ID environments.Proven infrastructure experience across Windows Server, virtualisation, storage, and backup technologies.Strong networking knowledge across enterprise infrastructure environments.Exposure to infrastructure security, patching, vulnerability management, and best practice controls.Experience delivering infrastructure projects from planning through to implementation.Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management and documentation skills.You'll join a growing organisation undertaking significant technology transformation initiatives, offering exposure to a broad infrastructure environment, flexible hybrid working arrangements, and the opportunity to further develop your technical leadership capabilities within a supportive team environment.What you need to do now If you're interested in this role or know of someone that may be, please click 'Apply Now' or forward an updated CV to .
