Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end Microsoft infrastructure environment across hybrid platforms.
• Design, deploy, upgrade, and support Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy services.
• Lead infrastructure migration initiatives from on-premises and AWS environments into Azure.
• Administer Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Design and support hybrid identity, security, Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point while mentoring infrastructure engineers and stakeholders.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and contribute to infrastructure modernisation programs.

NTT Data's client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to take ownership of a complex hybrid Microsoft infrastructure environment while supporting a large-scale infrastructure modernisation and Azure migration program. This is a hands-on technical leadership role suited to an experienced Microsoft Infrastructure specialist who can operate autonomously across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will be responsible for the design, management, optimisation, and transformation of core Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure Infrastructure, hybrid identity solutions, and cloud migration initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as a senior escalation point, provide technical leadership, and help drive the organisation's cloud-first strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end Microsoft infrastructure environment across hybrid platforms.

Skills & Experience

• Strong previous experience managing enterprise Microsoft infrastructure environments.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Active Directory Domain Services, Domain Controllers, and Windows Server platforms.
• Proven Azure Infrastructure administration, migration, networking, monitoring, and security experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Experience supporting hybrid environments spanning on-premises and cloud services.
• Demonstrated capability leading infrastructure projects, technical workstreams, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Exposure to AWS, VMware, Hyper-V, Infrastructure as Code, Azure DevOps, or cybersecurity initiatives will be highly regarded.
